Data Collected

Skoolmakers.com only collects data necessary for the operation of the site and the improvement of the user experience:

• Newsletter: your email address (only if you voluntarily subscribe)
• Contact form: name, email, and message
• Analytics: anonymized browsing data (page views, duration, device)

Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

✓ Sending you our newsletter (if subscribed)
✓ Responding to your contact requests
✓ Improving the content and features of the site

We never sell or rent your personal data. The only third party that receives it is the form processor named under Data Hosting below, which is what makes the newsletter and contact forms work.

Cookies

Skoolmakers.com sets no analytics cookies.

We use Umami for audience statistics (page views, referrer, device type). It is served from our own domain, sets no cookies, and does not build a profile of you across sites or sessions.

The site previously loaded Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, and loaded its fonts from Google's servers. All three were removed in September 2026. Fonts are now served from our own domain, and no request leaves your browser for a Google server when you load a page here.

Affiliate Links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. By clicking on these links, third-party cookies may be set by partner platforms (Skool, etc.) for commission tracking purposes.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: know what data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct your data
• Right to erasure: delete your data
• Right to unsubscribe: link at the bottom of every email

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@skoolmakers.com.

Data Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States).

Both the newsletter form and the contact form are processed by Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, a business registered in India, whose servers are located in the United States. Submitting either form therefore transfers your data outside the European Economic Area. Web3Creative acts as our processor and states that EEA transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; its terms are set out in its Data Processing Agreement.
